Pro Plus Caffeine Tablets should not be used if you are allergic to caffeine or any of the other ingredients. It should also not be used if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, or anxiety.
For adults and children over 16 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets with or without water, as required during the day. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 3 hours, or 8 tablets per day.
