Without doubt the best service I have had in a long long time, if not the best, from start to finish in discussing our needs with Abid he excelled throughout. Really cannot thank him/them enough for helping us through s difficult situation. 10/10 Many thank to Heald Green Pharmacy. The best pharmacy I have ever been to!  We get our prescriptions delivered, which is very efficient.  They are usually delivered next day or the same day for emergency prescriptions.  We used to go to one of the big named Pharmacies, but glad we changed as the service we get at Heald Green is leagues ahead.

Saved our trip today thanks to quick thinking for Covid tests! We had booked airport Covid tests with Collinson at Manchester’s terminal one, and when we got there were told that the tests would now take much longer to process meaning we wouldn’t get the results back in time for our flight. We were really panicking and called round a few nearby places but nobody could help until we called here! The pharmacist was so helpful and came up with a plan despite the fact that we were in such a rush - providing that we could get to him within 10 mins (easy from the airport), we might possibly be able to drop the tests off ourself at the laboratory before the 11am cut off. We headed straight there, they were waiting for us and had already filled in the necessary paperwork meaning we were in and out in about 3 minutes. I was also pretty nervous but the test was totally painlessly and without any drama which is not what I’ve heard from other clinics! We managed to get across town to the laboratory just in time, and we had our results at about 4pm! Totally saved our trip, it was a little more expensive than the one at the airport but the same price as other pharmacy tests - and frankly I don’t mind at all because at least they do what they say! Attended for a COVID test for travel requirements. Very helpful staff member called Sid was great . Quick , hassle free. Highly recommend
